Facilitam o acesso e uma presta\u00e7\u00e3o de cuidados especializados mais eficaz. Para doen\u00e7as raras como a XLH e o LCCT, estas equipas s\u00e3o vitais para quem gere doen\u00e7as complexas como estas.<\/p>\n

O objetivo da Kyowa Kirin \u00e9 identificar as melhores pr\u00e1ticas para equipas multidisciplinares em XLH e CTCL em toda a Europa.
